Colby Boone

Colby C. Boone, CSM, is a program manager at Microsoft, where he supports the M365 Core Ecosystem Services Platform, helping to build scalable, compliant services for millions of users. With over a decade of experience spanning project management, marketing, and nonprofit leadership, Colby combines technical insight with a servant leadership mindset. He is the founder of Journey of Mind Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to mental health and personal development, and the president of Boone & Associates, a strategic consultancy serving mission-driven clients. A passionate advocate for inclusive innovation, Colby holds a B.S. in Marketing from North Carolina A&T State University and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC Charlotte. He is also an active board member, entrepreneur, and public speaker focused on economic empowerment, equity, and emerging markets.
