Ryan Stuart is the CEO and co-founder of Kapiche, a customer insights platform that leverages AI to help organizations analyze unstructured feedback at scale. With over a decade of experience in software engineering and product development, he leads a team focused on transforming data from surveys, reviews, and NPS scores into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Prior to founding Kapiche, Ryan held engineering and product roles at Leximancer and Daesim Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from the University of Queensland and is passionate about using technology to enable more human-centric, data-informed businesses.
