She brings over a decade of experience helping organizations—from nonprofits to large enterprises—optimize financial operations through technology-driven solutions. Tracy recently completed a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the Texas McCombs School of Business. She also holds an MS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her career includes leading finance system transformations at Dell and Morsco, managing AI-powered process improvements, supporting SBA and pandemic loan compliance, and helping clients streamline reporting and secure funding.
