Craig McAndrews
Craig McAndrews is the CEO of RTCM, USA, a Dallas-based textile recycling company focused on sustainable solutions for the circular economy. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, Craig brings a unique blend of business leadership and community impact to his work. He has earned several professional certifications, including SPIN Selling from Huthwaite International, Hogan Assessment Certification, and Executive Coaching Certification from Rice University. Craig has also been recognized with the Wayne and Kathryn E. Payne Teaching Excellence Award from the University of Houston and the Spirit of Life Award from Mattress Firm. He served as a founding board member and Treasurer of the 4B Disaster Response Network, where he helped lead rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Harvey through budget development and fundraising.
