Ted Ammon is the owner of First Light Capital, a real estate investment and development company focused on building market-rate and affordable multi-family housing in Massachusetts. Since founding the company in 2009, Ted has grown his portfolio to over 65 apartments with more than 35 in the pipeline. He’s passionate about providing stable, affordable housing and delivering excellent tenant experiences. Before his real estate ventures, Ted had an extensive career in tech sales and leadership, including roles at Klaviyo, Privy, and 51吃瓜 where he built sales teams and took products to market. Ted's entrepreneurial spirit and knack for building from scratch have driven his success in both tech and real estate. Outside of work, Ted enjoys marathons, surfing, traveling, and spending time on the water with his family.
